How it's Made

Once you have resized the design and ungrouped the pieces you can then bring onto the cutting mat on screen the elements in the order you wish to cut them.  I started with the Pencil base and Lead banding.

Place the card on the matt watching the grid lines on screen to ensure that you have a large enough area covered.  Below is the design cut out.

Next up is the eraser, tip and lead for cutting

Once all elements have been cut out then you can emboss them to add texture to your project

Gotta love the eBosser!!!,

Once all elements have been embossed then you can start assembly. I used the Xyron 6mm High Tack Tape on all the folding flaps

For the pencil tips and lead i used the Xyron 3" Sticker Maker

Before assembly put the pencil tips in place

Peel off the wax strips and working your way around the top join the edges together

For the banding I used my Xyron 1.5" Create a Sticker

Wrap the backing around the 'Eraser' lid

Now to decorate, I used the 'I love School' Title by Jamie Koay (Design ID #6721) from Silhouette Library

To assemble use the Xyron 3" Sticker Maker

Dab the embossed star with an ink pad and apply all the pieces to the front of the box.
