Craft Supply Tidy made using Xyron

Hi !!!,  I found another little treasure in the clearance section of TKMaxx, the hinges were broken and the inner shelf was loose so I rescued it for €5.00 !!! reduced from €29.99.  I was looking for an eternity for a cute little storage cabinet for the top of my desk for my Xyron goodies or to mount to the wall beside my craft station but couldn't find what I wanted until I saw this cutie.

Using the We R Memory Keepers 'Love 2 Craft' Scrapbook Stack Pack that I won a looooooooong time ago and to be honest loved so much I was hoarding it for a special project and I have used it on my new upcycled craft supply tidy.  And this is how I did it!, using Xyron of course :)

CRAFTY STORAGE CABINET

Supplies Used

Upcycled Wooden Cabinet
Tim Holtz 'Peeled Paint' Distress Ink Pad
Grey Spray Paint

Here is my lucky find!

Inside I fixed the hinge and glued the shelf back in place, all ready for the makeover.

I started by removing the hardware from the front of the cabinet.

I sprayed around the exposed edges that won't be covered and left them to dry.

I measured the interior and cut the inside covering to size and ran the smaller pieces through the Xyron 5" Creative Station.

I lined the interior and cut the base strips and put in place, this whole process took less that 15 minutes !

Line the inside of the drawers too!

To cover the inside of the doors I measured and cut the paper and ran through the Xyron 9" Creative Station.

Covering on the interior doors, loving this paper collection !

Decorate the outside of the drawers using the Xyron 3" Sticker Maker, so quick,!

OK time to start on the exterior by measuring and cutting the side and top pieces to size and running them through the Xyron 9" Creative Station.

I make use of the wax backing paper and leave the paper in place as I ink the edges.

Place the papers in place on the sides and top of the cabinet.

Doing the same for the front of the doors.

Not forgetting to cover the front of the drawers.

Looking pretty nifty now!.  Time to add the some detailing to the top rim.

I trimmed the scalloped edge from around one of the scrapbook pages and ran it through the Xyron 3" Sticker Maker and inked up the edges.

Apply the trim around the top and sides.

Using elements from the kit decorate the front and inside of the cabinet, using the Xyron 5" sticker maker on the non adhesive pieces.

Put the hardware back on on the cabinet and its ready to fill with Xyron goodies!.

So there it is, now pride of place on my craft desk and all my Xyron goodies are close at hand.

I want to share the Xyron love so I am giving away a Xyron 3" Sticker Maker.
