Making Glitter Chipboard Embellishments with Xyron
Hi all, Have you trawled through all those expensive glittered embellishments in the stores, longed to have those glitter alphabets or simply cant find the right color of embellishment to go with your project?. Well now you can make your own!!! It is so simple with Xyron you will never buy another glittered chipboard embellishment again. Ohhhh and it's fab with flocking too.
I wanted to add a little bling to a party bunting and with my Xyron 5" Create a Sticker Max and some Basically Bare Chipboard shapes I blinged it up in literally minutes. You can use any of the machines from the range to glitter or flock anything from a small chipboard button using the Xyron 1.5" Create as Sticker up to a frame or complete page using the Xyron Creatopia, hey you can run your Xyron Mega Runner right across a project or use the new Xyron Double Sided Tapes and have glitter stripes too!. The possibilities are endless.

How to get Blinging!
It's pretty simple really and it goes like this, pass the chipboard shapes through the machine. The side you want the glitter or flocking on must be face down.
Remove the chipboard shape from the backing paper and place sticky side up and sprinkle all over with glitter
Press the glitter gently and then tap off the excess
You can repeat the process with flocking too!
Take the glittered pieces and pass back through the machine glitter side up
And there you have it, easy peasy fast and fun glitter embellishments!!!
There are so many things you can glitter this way and with no drying time there is no waiting around either, you can glitter and go!!!!.
